On-Call Scheduler is a staffing tool that generates on-call rotas from staff and rules you provide. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, legal, or scheduling-compliance advice - you're responsible for confirming any generated schedule meets your organization's actual staffing requirements before relying on it.
Generating and previewing a schedule is free. Exporting a schedule to Excel uses one credit, purchased in advance. Credits don't expire.
Unused credits are refundable - if a schedule didn't work out for you, contact us and we'll refund any credits you haven't spent on an export.
Don't use the service to store patient data or other information it isn't designed to hold, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
