On-Call Scheduler ("we", "us") helps teams generate and export on-call rotas. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
If you create an account, we store your email address. If you save a schedule, we store the staff names, levels, and shift rules you enter, plus the generated rota. We do not collect or store any patient data, medical records, or other protected health information - this tool schedules staff, it does not touch clinical data.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details - Stripe shares with us only what's needed to credit your account (the amount paid and a transaction reference).
To operate your account, generate and store schedules you ask us to save, and process payments.
You can delete a saved schedule at any time. Contact us to request full account deletion.
